Direct to Garment Print
DTG, or Direct-to-Garment, printing is a process where a printer prints the design directly onto the fabric of the shirt. This is different from traditional screen printing, where the ink is applied to the shirt through a stencil. DTG printing can produce high-quality, vibrant prints with intricate details.
One of the biggest benefits of using DTG printing for T-shirts is that you can print highly detailed designs with ease. Unlike traditional screen printing, DTG printing can reproduce photos and other highly detailed images with exceptional detail and accuracy. This means you can create unique, one-of-a-kind T-shirts that truly stand out.
The quality of the design depends heavily on the quality of the image file you provide. Similarly, the quality of the final print depends on the quality of the T-shirt fabric you choose.
It’s important to choose high-quality Cotton T-shirts and images to ensure the best possible finished product.

Heat Transfer Print
Heat transfer printing is the name given to any kind of printing that uses heat to bind a design to a fabric. The design is printed out onto a material coated with heat-reactive adhesive, called transfer or sublimation paper. When a heat press is applied to the transfer paper, the adhesive reacts to the heat and sticks to the surface of the fabric beneath, creating a printed textile.
Heat transfer printing is easy and cost effective, so it’s great for smaller batches of personalised printing. It can also be used to transfer detailed photographic designs, which screen printing can’t do.
Digital transfer printing can also be used to get great results on items like bags, hats, or footwear, which can be tricky to screen print owing to their awkward shape.

Direct to Film Print
Direct-to-film (DTF) prints are versatile and can handle even the most complex designs. Whether your design includes photos, intricate graphics, fine art, or small text, DTF printing can bring it to life with sharp, clear, and striking results.
Direct-to-film printing is suitable for heavy-duty sportswear, outerwear, and any apparel fabric that direct-to-garment can’t print on.
- Some of the fabrics include:
- Polyester
- Fleece
- Cotton
- Nylon
The new technique is incredibly versatile and can also be used for prints on various fabric blends.
