Digitising
To embroider your design we must first digitise your design or text in order to produce a jacquard (which is essentially a digital template for the machine to follow)
In order to give you an accurate quote on any work we need to see your artwork.

We can accept the following file formats: .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .doc, .ai, .pdf, .png
The cost of the jacquard is dependant on the complexity of your design and amount of stitches, once we have received and reviewed your artwork we will be able to quote for the jacquard cost and the embroidery cost.
If you cannot provide us with a digital file please let us know and we would be able to scan an image, all we would require is an example of your logo in paper format (i.e. a print, fax or photocopy).
We store all jacquards that we create, so if you wish to use the same design and size on a subsequent order there will be no further digitising cost. Please note that jacquards may have to be recreated or altered if you wish to make significant changes to the design’s size. Different materials may also require jacquard alteration due to the weight or stretch of the fabric.
